オーダーケーキをご注文の前に必ずご確認ください。
解凍時間について
ケーキは冷凍でのお届けとなり、解凍には10時間～半日ほどのお時間を要します。
召し上がりますお時間から逆算をして到着希望日をお伝えください。
また沖縄からの発送となりますので、天候不良などにより飛行機の遅れがでることもございますので、どうぞご了承くださいませ。
ご心配な方は到着のお日にちをお早めにすることをお勧めいたします。
The cake will be delivered frozen and it will take about 10 hours to half a day to thaw.
Please calculate back from your time and tell us your desired arrival date.
In addition, since it will be shipped from Okinawa, please note that the flight may be delayed due to bad weather.
If you are worried, we recommend that you arrive early.
デザインについて
TAMAYAでは皆さまのリクエストに応じて、あなただけの特別なケーキをお作りしております。
デコレーションのイメージがある場合にはお伝えください。
なお、具体的なキャラクターや人物などのご対応は出来ませんのでご了承ください。
過去の作品にてイメージが伝えられる場合には、お写真などを添付して頂けるとイメージを受け取りやすいかと思います。

Please note that we cannot respond to specific characters or people.
If you can convey the image in past works, I think it will be easier to receive the image if you attach a photo etc.
お値段について
TAMAYAのオーダーケーキではオーダーフォームを受け取りケーキのお値段を確定いたします。
メニューに記載されているお値段はデコレーションを含まない土台のみのお値段となっております。
クリームのデコレーション、フルーツの有無、ローチョコレートのトッピング、ナッツ類、ブリスボールなど1,000～1500円ほどをご考慮くださいませ。
For TAMAYA's order cake, we will receive the order form and confirm the price of the cake.
The prices listed on the menu are for the base only, not including decorations.
Please consider the presence or absence of fruits, raw chocolate toppings, nuts, blister balls, etc. for 1,000 to 1,500 yen depending on your request.
アレルギーについて
TAMAYAの製品は、すべてヴィーガン＆グルテンフリー仕様となっており、卵、乳製品、小麦粉の使用はありませんが
同製造ラインにてまれに、これらの素材を取り扱うこともございます。
重度のアレルギー疾患をお持ちの方や、不安を抱える方はご注意をお願いいたします。
またその他のアレルギーをお持ちのかたも、オーダーフォームにて記載を宜しくお願いいたします。

In rare cases, these materials may be handled on the same production line.
